Ethics Line
This section is intended to present the Code of Ethics Business Program and to serve as a space where all our stakeholders can report relevant situations related to its compliance. As part of the monitoring of this program, we have enabled the Ethics Line, through which interest groups can report possible non-compliance, especially those linked to fraud, corruption, bribery, money laundering and terrorist financing.

Purpose
Have a communication mechanism through which our stakeholders can make inquiries or report breaches of our Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Management
The ethics line is attended by an external call center. Once the cases are received, registered and classified, they are managed by the Ethics Committee.
Information processing
The information received through the ethics line is classified as confidential and is managed as such. Personal data is processed appropriately and for the authorized purposes. People's identities are protected.
